Established in 1979 by Stewart Bowen as a pharmacy brokerage service serving clients willing to share a sales team with a select number of non-competing brands.
Now with over 90 staff, more than 1,000 years of combined service to the pharmacy channel and over $½ Billion in brands under management, Pharmabroker Sales is the preeminent pharmacy sales team in Australia. Furthermore, our selling team in New Zealand has similar coverage.
Our 4 selling teams and sales support team represent our clients’ products physically in stores, while our e-commerce programs reach the more remote parts of Australia. Coverage of the Australian pharmacy market is in excess of 98%.
With a team of Account Managers, Data Analysts, Programmers and Customer Service staff, Pharmabroker Sales are able to provide services from a complete outsourced solution to specific defined projects within the pharmacy channel.
Dealing With Conflicting Brands
As our clients have grown and crossed into categories of other clients, Pharmabroker Sales has established dedicated divisions and systems that enable us to deal with conflicting brands on a daily basis. In some cases, our clients have even acquired brands that conflict with their existing brands.
Four completely different selling teams (PBS, PPP, PBC, PBH) with different Representatives, Managers and Divisional Leaders ensure conflicting brands are not represented by the same person.
Bespoke Information systems have also been built to ensure confidential information cannot fall into the hands of a competing division including different servers, firewalls and CRM privileges.
